Fast Facts
How Much Does Hiring BRE Law Cost?
It depends. We are paid on a contingency-fee basis, which means we get a portion (usually 1/3) of any settlement or verdict. There are no up-front costs or retainer fees. So, how much does it cost to hire us? That depends on the outcome of your case. If we aren't able to recover anything on your behalf, then you won't owe us any fees.
How Long Does It Take?
That also depends. (This will be an ongoing theme, sorry!) Some cases take a few months, others take years. We'll do our best to evaluate your claim and give you an idea of how long it will take. We'll also keep in touch and let you know if anything changes.
How Much is My Claim Worth?
You've probably already guessed that we're going to start by saying "it depends." And it does! You are entitled to be "made whole," which means you can recover easily defined costs like medical bills and lost wages. But you also are entitled to recover for things like emotional distress or pain and suffering. (We're keeping things simple here, but trust us it can get very complicated, very quickly!) We will walk you through all of this so you can be comfortable at the end of the day that you were treated fairly.
When Can We Start?
Right now! Contact us to tell us a little bit more about how we can help you and we'll get you scheduled for a free consultation. We look forward to hearing from you!
