Christopher M. Ellis
Chris is a founding partner of Bolen Robinson & Ellis, LLP. He has overseen the strategic growth of the firm and directed BRE Law’s high-stakes civil and class action litigation.
Background & Expertise
Chris has a depth of experience working for both plaintiffs and defendants, at the trial and appellate levels, which provides unique perspective in evaluating cases, negotiating resolutions, and solving problems.
He is known for his vision, his compassion, and his fundamental commitment to doing right by those he serves. Chris has earned a national reputation as a leader in class action litigation, including serving on the Executive Committee in the Syngenta litigation, one of the largest agricultural class actions in history. He has served as lead counsel, liaison counsel, and on various executive and steering committees for other large class action cases throughout the country.
Chris is active in the community and has served on the local United Way Board, including as Chairman, the St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation Board, also as Chairman, and has served on various church and local athletic boards, including the Mount Zion Education Foundation.
